Last month our State Compensation Insurance Fund representative visited and toured our facility.  As part of his evaluation he did a thorough safety inspection with James Reynolds, Fusion 360 Safety Manager.  James has been our Safety Manager for two years and has demonstrated his dedication to building knowledge by teaching the team to be aware of safe workplace practices.  Together we have all worked hard to ensure Fusion 360 is a safe and great facility to work in.

As part of our Core Values, Fusion 360 Leadership strives to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond to make our company great.  June 6, 2016 marks the introduction of the James L. Horton Safety Award in honor of Kathleen’s father.  Mr. Horton was the manager for Diamond National in Red Bluff, CA for 10 years.  His advice to Kathleen when she and Dr. Tom first opened Fusion 360 was that a producutive factory is achieved through safety and cleanliness.  That advice has always been greatly emphasized and since our opening in 1998 we have maintained a very clean safety record.
